The course provides the students to have a basic knowledge on major structures (Anatomy), functions (Physiology), biochemical reactions (Biochemistry), infections (Microbiology) and pathological aspects (Pathology) of the human body and their applications in Medical Laboratory Technology.
Medical Laboratory Science provides the knowledge and skills need for the diagnosis of various diseases in a human body. Laboratory Technologists perform, develop, evaluate, correlate and assure accuracy and validity of laboratory information, manage clinical laboratory resources and support doctors in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
